Naas Rental House Needed for Syrian Family

Can you offer sanctuary to a family fleeing war in Syria? The Naas Community Sponsorship Group was set up by 10 committed Naas residents who answered the Department of Justice’s call to welcome a Syrian family to their community. The group has garnered huge support from the town and is now preparing to bring a family to safety to live in our locality. 25 years of Naas Musical Society

25 years of Naas Musical Society  will be celebrated in style in the Moat Theatre, Naas from the 13th to the 15th November. A ‘Celebration of Song’ will take a waltz down memory lane recapturing the magic of lots of their past shows. Directed by the wonderful Mona Conroy, MD is Brian Brady and Choreography by Aideen Leacy. There will be plenty to entertain all musical theatre tastes! Choir Workshop with Fr Liam Lawton

Choir Workshop with Fr Liam Lawton: Saturday 23rd November at Cathedral of the Assumption, Carlow from
11am-1.30pm. Cost is €10 to cover the cost of providing music. This is an opportunity for Choir members from across the diocese to meet and to sing through some repertoire that will be of use throughout the coming year. It will also include music for Advent. Christmas Shoebox Appeal – Team Hope

It‟s that time of year again!! “If you would like to give a little joy and love to a needy child this Christmas” you can do so by donating a shoebox. Fill the shoebox with gifts for a boy or girl aged between 2 and 14. Final date for receipt of boxes will be Friday 8th November.
