Peacefully at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Elm Park. Predeceased by his wife Ita Egan. Deeply regretted by his loving daughters Andrea and Lyn, sons-in-law Martin and Alan, grandchildren Lauren, Ben and Jamie, sister Ena, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Oliver Reilly’s Funeral Home, The Waterways, Sallins, Co. Kildare, (W91 K6PN) on Thursday evening from 5.30pm to 7.30pm, with prayers at 7pm. Removal by Oliver Reilly Funeral Directors from his residence on Friday at 10.30am to arrive at the Church of Our Lady and the Guardian Angels, Sallins for 11am funeral mass, followed by burial in St. Corban’s Cemetery, Naas.

Mary HIGGINS (née Nolan)January 5, 2026

Peacefully, after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family, at Beaumont Hospital, Mary, beloved wife of the late Christy and dear mother of Christopher, Mary, Brenda, Michael, Trevor and Antoinette. Pre-deceased by her adored son Morgan; Sadly missed by her loving sons, daughters, brothers Michael and Thomas, sister Brigie, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, fifteen grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her home on Wednesday from 5pm to 7pm with Prayers at 6.30pm. Removal on Thursday to the Church of Our Lady and St. David, Naas arriving for 10am Mass. Funeral immediately afterwards to St. Corban’s Cemetery.

Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at Larchfield Park Nursing Home, Naas.

Predeceased by her sister Mary.

Beloved wife of Tommy and loving mam of Thomas, Maria and Jennifer.

Forever loved and sadly missed by her loving family, grandchildren Lucy, Amy, Maja, Liam, Kieran and Filip, daughter-in-law Edyta, son-in-law Rob, sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at the George Mullins Funeral Home, Kilcullen Road, Naas (W91CD0K) on Monday 12th January from 5pm to 7pm with prayers at 6:30pm. Funeral on Tuesday 13th January with Requiem Mass at 10am at The Church of Our Lady and Saint David, Naas followed by burial at St. Corban’s Cemetery, Naas.

Family flowers only please. Donations, in lieu, to the Alzheimer Society of Ireland.
