Thursday 8th December is The Feast of the Immaculate Conception and a Holy Day of Obligation. The Holy Day masses are as follows;
Wednesday Vigil Mass (7th Dec)
Thursday Masses (8th Dec)
Naas Parish Church:- 7.30am & 10.00am
Ballycane:- 12.00 noon
Two-Mile House:- 9.30am
On Wednesday 27th November Naas Parish had the opportunity to acknowledge the enormous contribution made by Mairead D‟Arcy to our Parish over many years working alongside many priests‟ as Pastoral Assistant. Grace Keevans, Chairperson of the Parish Pastoral Council in Naas, expressed on behalf of the Parish our deep appreciation and gratitude to Mairead for her dedication and generosity. Bishop Denis Nulty made a presentation to Mairead on our behalf, a heartfelt token of that appreciation. Mairead, we wish you, and Michael every blessing; good health, happiness and peace.

Baldonnel Singers will host a ‘Celebration of Christmas’ Carol Service at St David‘s Church of Ireland, Main St. Naas on Saturday 10th December. They will be joined by the Eadestown Parish Church Choir offering a festive programme of old favourites. The celebration will feature well known tenor Paul Linehan. For the first time The Baldonnel Singers are delighted to announce that they will be joined by emerging talent Susan Molloy…. not to be missed! ―Come join us for our Celebration of Christmas and prepare to leave overflowing with the Spirit of Christmas.” Tickets on sale from the Parish Office, Sallins Road.
Following on from an initiative of the newly formed Naas Parish Pastoral Council, Bishop Denis Nulty has accepted an invitation to offer a ‘Mass of Thanksgiving’ in the Church of the Irish Martyrs, Ballycane at 7:30pm on Wednesday 30th November to which all are welcome. In this Mass – which itself is a prayer of thanksgiving – we take the opportunity to Thank all those involved in lay-ministry in so many and varied ….

Celebrating GOLD! Congratulations to Naas Tidy Towns Volunteers and to Kildare County Council on the great achievement of a Gold medal in the 2016 Large Urban Area Category G of the National Tidy Towns Competition. This is the third consecutive year that Naas has achieved a gold medal. So much work and effort is carried out each year by the committee and volunteers of Naas Tidy Towns.
