On 22 May, passed away peacefully, with his family around him, in Tallaght University Hospital. A loving husband to Treasa. He will be deeply missed also by his daughters Íde and Bébhinn, and by their husbands Michael and Cormac, as well as his brother‑in‑law and sister‑in‑law, Eamonn and Ann.

An exceptional grandfather to Liam, Laoise, Cormac, Cian and Ruairí. A great friend to many in Ireland and overseas. A wonderful colleague.

Reposing at the family home from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, 27 May. Funeral Mass in Ballycane Church, Naas, at 2 p.m. on Thursday, 28 May.

The Mass will be available to view live online at Ballycane Webcam – Naas, Sallins & Two Mile House Parishes

He will be laid to rest in St. Corban’s Cemetery, Naas, on Friday — private.
