Peacefully, following a short illness bravely borne, in the loving care of the nurses and staff of St. Brigid’s Hospice, the Curragh, surrounded by family. Daughter of the late Michael and Margaret Byrne of Athgarvan, and predeceased by her son Gavin. Beloved wife, mother and grandmother. Sadly missed by her loving husband J.J., daughter Sonja, son Keith, grandson Ethan, and Sonja’s partner, Glen, her brothers Michael (Cristina), Peter (Neila) and Sean (Marion), nieces, nephews, cousins, a wide circle of friends and her beloved dog, Bambi.
