The death has occurred of Jean Whelan (née Monaghan), Loch Buí, Naas, Co. Kildare and formerly of Corballis, Kildalkey, Co. Meath).

Sadly passed away peacefully on Thursday 11th January, 2018, in the excellent care of the doctors, nurses, and staff at Naas Hospital.

Beloved wife of the late Seán and mother of Dominic, Seamus, Anne, Fintan, John and Frances. Jean will be sadly missed by her sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brother, sisters, sister-in-law, much adored ten grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, carers and a wide circle of friends.

Funeral Arrangements: Reposing at The George Mullins Funeral Home, Kilcullen Road, Naas from 3pm with prayers at 5.30pm on Sunday, 14th January, 2018. Removal to The Church of Our Lady and St. David, Sallins Road, Naas, on Monday, 15th January, 2018, to arrive for Funeral Mass at 10 o’clock, followed by burial in St. Corban’s Cemetery, Naas. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Naas Active Retirement. Donation box in church.
