Naas Palm Sunday Procession – Tandy’s Bridge

Published on March 16, 2018

Palm Sunday 25th March 10.15am at Tandy’s Bridge!

This year we are having a procession before 11am Mass. It will be a colourful joyful procession and there will even be a donkey! We hope lots of people will dress up in Biblical Style. We especially want to invite the children who have received the Sacrament of Confirmation and those who are preparing for their First Holy Communion, but all are welcome. The procession will start at 10.15am at Tandy’s Bridge. We will listen to a short Gospel read by Fr. Liam and then walk along the canal to Abbey Bridge, down the Main Street and arrive at the Parish Church, Sallins Road, for 11am Mass, which will be a Children’s Liturgy.

We advise people to leave their cars at the Church and to walk up to Tandy’s Bridge as Parking will Not be permitted at the Bridge.
