Funeral Arrangements: Reposing at Murphy Brothers Funeral Home, Church Lane, Naas from 7pm to 9pm Thursday. Requiem Mass on Friday at 12noon in the Church of the Irish Martyrs, Ballycane, Naas, followed by cremation in Newlands Crematoriam.

Congratulations to Bishop Denis Nulty who was ordained our new Bishop on Sunday 4th August at Carlow Cathedral. A beautiful joyful ceremony was attended by Bishop Denis’ family and friends from his home diocese of Meath. Also in attendance were representative parishioners from Naas, Sallins, Two Mile House and every parish in Kildare and Leighlin Diocese who brought the prayers and welcome of their own parishes.

We welcome Bishop Denis and wish him every blessing and happiness in his new home in Carlow and in his new ministry as Bishop of Kildare and Leighlin.
