Appointment of Parish Priest to Naas, Sallins and Two Mile House Parishes


Monsignor Brendan Byrne, Diocesan Administrator, has announced the following clerical appointments to our parishes.

Our present curate Fr. John Brickley has been appointed Parish Priest of Naas, Sallins and Two Mile House. By arrangement with the Administrator, John is assuming office without any formal ceremony.

Fr P.J. Madden, currently ministering in Graiguecullen and Arles has been appointed Curate in Naas, Sallins and Two Mile House from 1st September. We look forward to having him join our team.

Naas Youth Café – Seek Adult Volunteers


Naas Youth Café in the Town Hall, every Wednesday 7 – 9.30pm. – The young people at Naas Youth Cafe would like to invite the adults in our community to stop by for a cuppa any Wednesday over the next few weeks. We really need some more adult volunteers to help us out each week. This would involve putting your name on our Leaders Roster once a month. The young people look after the running of the Cafe including planning weekly fun activities and taking care of the premises, clean up etc. We desperately need more parents or interested adults to be around in a supportive capacity. We can’t do it on our own! Volunteers will be provided with free Leadership Training and …
